How to Buy from Digiket (Overseas Users)

Welcome to Atoz Official Works on Digiket!

Our works are now available for overseas fans. You can purchase easily using Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal. We offer the following types of products:

• 3DCG animation games (PC applications)
• Comics (digital)
• Live-action cosplay videos with photo sets

Step 1: Access the Digiket Store

2. You will see the product page in Japanese. Don’t worry—we provide instructions below.

Step 2: Choose Your Product

• Select the version you want (HD video, PC games, etc.).
• Check the content warnings (18+).
• Click the 購入する / Buy Now button.

Step 3: Payment Method

Overview

Direct credit card payments are not available for users located outside Japan or for cards issued outside Japan. Overseas customers should use the prepaid point charging method described below.

How the Point Charging Works

Purchase Digiket "points" (prepaid balance) using one of the supported payment options below. After charging points to your account, use the points to buy works on Digiket.

Available Charging Methods

• Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) — Charging only; not for direct purchases.
  • Minimum charge (from outside Japan): ¥2,000 per transaction.
  • Identity verification (personal authentication) is required for charges from outside Japan.
  • Fee for overseas charge: ¥100 per transaction
• PayPay
• Bitcoin
• WeChat Pay (微信支付)
• UnionPay (銀聯ネット決済) — No fee

Note: For domestic (Japan-based) credit card charging, the minimum is ¥1,000 per transaction and no charge fee applies. For users charging from outside Japan, please follow the requirements above.

Troubleshooting

• If your card is declined, try using another supported charging method.
• Contact your card issuer or bank to confirm that international transactions and online payments are enabled.

After charging: Use the purchased points in your Digiket account to complete purchases. For more details, refer to Digiket's official Payment Methods & Exchange page.

Step 4: Download Your Product

1. After completing payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
2. Click the download link provided in the email.
3. Save the file(s) to your PC or smartphone.
